I come here often after work and have been since opening. The staff is usually very caring and sweet and if a mistake is made they are usually very quick to fix it. I recently came through the drive through and had a very rude encounter with one of the managers at the speaker due to the menu having changed and I was unaware. I don’t think I deserved the callousness that came with the interaction, given I only asked what of the old drinks they could still make (if any) and what was the best new seasonal drink offered. I work in retail, and whoever was on the speaker absolutely needs to work on customer service. The girl at the window was very sweet and apologized so I appreciate that, but I probably won’t be returning.

Nice drive thru coffee shop. There are many locations spread across certain states. I got the White Mocha Lavender Latte. It was delicious and the customer service was great. Very convenient.

Scooter’s Coffee is hands down my favorite coffee spot! Everything is always fast, friendly, and consistently delicious—but the real star is the Banana Bread Blender. It is absolutely unmatched. I’ve tried similar drinks elsewhere and nothing even comes close. It’s creamy, perfectly sweet, and tastes exactly like banana bread in drink form 🤍🍌 I seriously wish it was available year-round because I crave it constantly. Scooter’s has completely spoiled me for other coffee places. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out—best coffee, best blended drinks, and the best banana bread flavor anywhere.

My wife and I were really excited that Scooters opened up in Livonia. It’s a charming little franchise with very affordable pricing, fast service, and a friendly tagline they share with you once you’re finished ordering. The cups are very well insulated, keeping your coffee warm without burning your hands while holding it. We would definitely come back... the price point was perfect.

I timed how long it took from entering the parking lot to receiving my order and it took only 6 minutes even with a long line! Not bad at all and they are great with milk substitutions. Got the iced sugar cookie latte with oat milk and a cherry cheer float! Both taste great!
